We are less than a week from the Annual Meeting and Hall of Fame Banquet, how exciting. Where did this season go?

At this time the Nominating Committee is happy to report they have received several applications for director and president positions.

If you or anyone else is interested please get them to our nominating committee before the end of the day on Thursday, May 11.

If that isn't enough to get you excited you are going to absolutely enjoy this...
during the National Delegate meeting in Las Vegas is was approved that delegates will be assigned by total membership. Each association will now be allowed 2 for the first 1,000 sanctioned bowlers and an additional delegate for every 500 after that. This means we are now able to send 5 for sure and possibly 6 if we can reach the 3,000 bowler mark. It would be the same amount of delegates we have representing our association at the state level.

What does all of this mean? YOU get to vote on association positions as well as those delegates that represent us at the state and national level for the 2017-18 season. Please, if you are interested in representing the SFRUSBC at either the state or national (or both) meetings next year, we will need to know before Thursday of this week as well. Of course, we will open it to the floor on Monday however the sooner you let us know the better. It is nice to provide a complete ballot and minimize the amount of write in candidates.

2017 Annual Hall of Fame Banquet AND Annual Meeting - VFW, Sioux Falls (May 15 @ 6:30pm)
2017-18 National Delegate Convention - Reno, NV (Dated TBD)

2017-18 State Delegate Convention (Jamboree) - Pierre, SD (June 8-9, 2018)
